My name is Yukiko . I have a national license for a tour guide in English. I live in Tokyo on weekdays and go back to my house in Kamakura on weekend. I like both cities.
Tokyo is one of the most exciting cities in the world. Kamakura is a traditional city with history and nature. I like communicating with people.
My family and I had homestay students from all over the world and my children call me "mother of the world." I like learning foreign languages. I speak a little German and I learned a little Italian last year. I also have a license for teaching Japanese to foreigners as a second language. It would be a great pleasure for me to make your trip to Japan more valuable and impressive through my explanation of Japanese culture and history,

From the moment we booked till we concluded the tour, we felt like we were dealing with a caring individual. She plans well and is on time. She explains the various periods well and even gave us a diagram to use for the rest of our trip. Yukiko went out of her way finding great vegetarian ramen for us and adjusting the iternary to my additional requests. She shares a lot about living in Japan and the little hidden gems. In crowded places she constantly ensures that we were always together. Learnt alot today and glad that I got a guide.
Dear Shaila Thank you so much for your great review! The moment I saw you at the lobby of your hotel, I realized that you have a wonderful family. We visited six different places in Tokyo in one day taking eight hours. We had to transfer subways many times and had to walk a lot. Yet, you followed me so well . Was so pleased with her help in planning our first day in Tokyo. I had a list of where I wanted to go. She double checked availability and found some were closed on Sunday so she help revise the itinerary. She also checked for reservations and made them in our behalf.- saving us disappointment. You can’t just wing it in Tokyo you need an advance plan. Her warm and giving attitude made our trip so memorable. I recommend her enthusiastically.

She was very enthusiastic and suggested a tour that suited me the best. Despite the very warm weather, we visited many places. She also gave a brief overview of japanese history and useful advices regarding the shopping of gifts. I recommend her as a guide.
